by Some few months ago, government of Kerala state has introduces a system for online booking of OP tickets and the time slots for doctor’s appointment in various government hospitals in the state . Now everyone can able to book OP ticket online through the state government’s portal for e-governance services in the health sector. For more than 300 government hospitals, the facility to book op tickets online has been set up.
An unique health ID, which includes all the health-related information of the patient will also be available through this website. The website also provides more information regarding the hospital details, services available, treatment timings and information about lab tests. To make an appointment to hospitals like Thiruvananthapuram Medical College, a reference is required .
To avail services, first create an identification number. Please follow the given below steps to create a Unique Health ID.
- Go to the official website (https://ehealth.kerala.gov.in portal)
- Click on the “register” option.
- Enter your Aadhaar card number.
- Enter the OTP received on your mobile number to get personal health identification number.
- When you log in for the first time, you will get a 16-digit personal health identification number and password as a message on your mobile. With this , you will be able to make an appointment.
How to make an online appointment?
- Log in to the web portal (https://ehealth.kerala.gov.in portal).
- Click on the “new appointment”.
- If it is a referral, enter the information
- Select the hospital information and the department.
- Select date of appointment , then token will get.
- Print out the token . (Token Details in SMS You’ll get is enough to show it to the hospital).
