Step 1. Visit official website of Ministry of road transport and Highways ( https://vahan.parivahan.gov.in )
Step 2 : Enter Your Vehicle Registration Number. Click on Proceed.
Step 3 : Your vehicle details will be displayed on the redirected page. verify and Proceed.
Step 4 : Now all the Online Services available in the website will be displayed. Click “Transfer of Ownership, Change of Address, Hypothecation..” option.
Step 5 : Enter the last five digits of vehicle chassis number.
Step 6: Enter the mobile number and click on the generate OTP
Step 7: OTP will be generated and sent to the mobile number, then Enter the received OTP.
Step 8 : Select the required application and fill in all the details .
Step 9 :Click on the payment button for the online payment.
Step 10 :Upload the required documents and Submit the application
Step 11 : Visit RTO for verification/approval
