Without visiting the gram panchayat office, the dog owners can apply for license via online mode. Here we are describing about how to apply online, through which web site you can apply, documents required and process of application. The dog owners can apply for the license through the website “citizen.lsgkerala.gov.in” .The required fee can pay by online. The license fee for dogs in panchayats has been increased from Rs 10 to Rs 50 from October 15.
While applying online for the license, a certificate of rabies vaccination must be submitted. The licenses can be obtained online or by mail. As in municipalities, the license will be issued as per the respective bylaws. It is free for getting rabies vaccinations for pet dogs at the veterinary clinic. But you should pay Rs 15 for the ticket price and Rs 15 for the vaccination certificate. Please follow the given below steps to apply for license by online.
Step 1 : Visit the official website (citizen.lsgkerala.gov.in )
Step 2 : Login if you have already registered. If not register click ” register” option. You can register by entering name, aadhaar number, email ID, mobile number.
Step 3 : Login using ID and password created.
Step 4 : Enter the profile details to complete registration process.
Step 5 : Go to home page and search as ” dog” . Select the option ” Pigs and Dogs – license”
Step 6 : Fill the application details such as district, office type, office name and applicant type etc.
Step 6 : A new page will be redirected, enter the details regarding name, ID proof, mobile number, email id, house name etc.
Step 7 : Attach the filled application form (application form can be download from the given below link).
Step 8 : Attach the documents details and vaccination certificate.
Step 9 : Remit the fee.
